The customer service division has grown rapidly for Advancing People - we provide clients with a timely recruitment process sourcing single and multiple roles with a true quality approach to what we do. Typically office based roles in either a small division or a large call centre, we have been part of recruitment projects running up to 6 months delivering 100+ candidates as necessary.
This specialist division was created to deal with demand from clients across the UK that were finding it hard to attract they very best IT professionals available. We have a dedicated team of IT Recruitment Consultants that search pro-actively for hard to find IT candidates, using a variety of techniques from head-hunting, networking, referrals and online and offline advertising as well as using our established IT database. We have the ability to recruit for Contract or Permanent IT Candidates from 1st Line Support up to IT Director level, across the UK.
As a result of the growth we have experienced across all our divisions a separate company Advancing People Multilingual was created in 2014. We understand that when clients are looking for Multilingual candidates, speaking specific languages is essential but also personality and company fit is key to their success. Having the ability to recruit both locally and Nationally we have successfully recruited the following native speakers: German, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Polish, Russian, Czech, Finnish, Portuguese, Turkish, Slovak, Italian, Danish, French, Romanian and Mandarin.
