Advancing People was formed in 2009 by Director Dominic Quirke who has a wealth of recruitment experience spanning 10 + years of working for both a specialist Independent and International Corporate recruitment company.
We feel it is very important that as a company to deliver what you promise; managing individuals’ expectations to begin with is essential and is where the whole process starts, with both candidates and clients.
Advancing People was set up with the aim of offering a refreshingly different and transparent recruitment service to clients and candidates - Nationwide.
When we have spoken to clients and candidates we have found there is a criticism of poor feedback and general lack of transparency and communication when dealing with recruitment companies. That is something you will not find here at Advancing People.
Candidates and Clients
Advancing People will not promise candidates they will get job opportunities immediately as each circumstance can be very different for each client and candidate, but we are usually pretty quick with a true pro-active approach!
From a clients perspective we offer the complete range of headhunting, database searching, specialist advertising and networking you would expect from a company with our reputation of thinking outside the box.

We also have a separate company - Advancing People Multilingual dealing with Multilingual vacancies.
As a candidate you will receive good honest advice – whether this is regarding C.V. layout, interview techniques or presentation structure. We will NOT call you about irrelevant jobs outside the perimeter we mutually agree. You may hear from us less than you do other recruitment agencies because of this but when we call it will be about a relevant role you will be interested in.
