Advancing People was launched in 2009 as a National Sales Recruitment Specialist and from these foundations we have grown rapidly.  This forms the heart of what we do with the launch of other divisions that now extend to Commercial, Temporary and Management Sectors.

Customer Service

The customer service division has grown rapidly for Advancing People - we provide clients with a timely recruitment process sourcing single and multiple roles with a true quality approach to what we do.  Typically office based roles in either a small division or a large call centre, we have been part of recruitment projects running up to 6 months delivering 100+ candidates as necessary.


This specialist division was created to deal with demand from clients across the UK that were finding it hard to attract they very best IT professionals available.  We have a dedicated team of IT Recruitment Consultants that search pro-actively for hard to find IT candidates, using a variety of techniques from head-hunting, networking, referrals and online and offline advertising as well as using our established IT database.  We have the ability to recruit for Contract or Permanent IT Candidates from 1st Line Support up to IT Director level, across the UK.

Advancing People Multilingual -

Fast moving and fluid, we are both pro-active and re-active depending on our clients’ demands and volumes of candidates required or equally the specialist skills they must have.  Advancing People have the ability to find candidates for any kind of role in any sector and can work to most clients’ timescales but still delivering high standards and value for money.

We have the ability to provide permanent and contract staff who are fully vetted and referenced as you would expect.
