Previously a hiring manager within the automotive industry, Mel has 32 years’ experience covering a breadth of divisions including sales & aftersales, operations, IT, construction and customer service. Mel has built up a fabulous network of clients and candidates during her time at Advancing People and has a wealth of local knowledge.
