Job Description

Advancing People Multilingual Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a German speaking Technical Customer Service advisor/Service Desk Analyst for their client. This role is 100% remote

As a Technical Customer Service Advisor/Service Desk Analyst it will be your responsibility to provide support assistance via the telephone and email to the German speaking region.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Follow and understand industry best practise support methodologies
  • Take ownership of requests following them to resolution
  • Proactive when dealing with customer issues
  • Help maintain knowledge articles and other internal documentation
  • offer 1st line technical support to customers
  • Attend customer meetings

Person Specification:

  • Fluent in German
  • Technically minded and customer focused
  • Ability to work as a team and independently
  • Maintain a calm, analytical disposition
  • Have practical experience in a support environment
  • ITIL experience & potentially aware of SQL

This is a full time permanent position offering an annual salary of up-to £27,250
