Job Description

Advancing People are representing an established business within the Care sector who are looking for an experienced Support Living and Outreach Manager, responsible for a number of supporting living clients in Northampton and Bedford.

This hands-on client facing role will involve supporting and developing the life skills of clients, providing care as required, whilst leading and managing a team.

With responsibility for the day to day management of this service, you will be assigning shifts and ensuring clients are supported with their changing needs. Acting as a role model, leading from the front you will be client facing, whilst dealing with rota's, legislation and training for the team as required, with knowledge of CQC regulations.

You will have a proven background of dealing with adults that have learning difficulties or autism, coupled with a Level 4 or Level 5 in Health & Social care and managerial experience.

This is a hugely varied role where you can make a real difference to people's lives, with travel between the assisted living sites in Northampton and Bedford - you must have a full driving licence and your own vehicle to be considered or this role.

With full training and support available from my client, this is an excellent long term managerial opportunity within the care sector.

The salary available for the role will be £30,000 - £32,500 plus company pension.
