Advancing People - Multilingual Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a Sales Service Co-ordinator for their client based in St.Neots, Cambridgeshire.
As Sales Service Co-ordinator it will be your responsibility to manage and coordinate service schedules, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery to customers whilst acting as main point of contact for customers regarding service queries, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Liaise with technicians, engineers, and other internal departments to ensure seamless service execution.
- Track and manage service contracts, including renewals, amendments, and compliance with service agreements.
- Initiate contact with prospective and existing customers to promote service offerings and explore new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer
- Support the EMEA Service Sales Specialist & UK Service Manager with administrative tasks as required.
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in a service coordination or similar role, ideally within a technical, engineering, or commercial environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM or service management software.
This is a full time permanent position offering an annual basic salary of £28,000 + attractive company benefits
This is a remote / Work from home position. If successful you would need to commute to St.Neots Cambridge 3 time a week.
