Job Description

Advancing People have fantastic opportunity that has arisen in the St Neots area for a Sales Support Administrator. This is a full time Monday - Friday role paying between £18,000 - £20,000 with an uncapped commission expected to be around £3,000.

Key Responsibilities

Database Administration

  • Load all orders within 30 minutes of receipt
  • Respond with official sales quotation within one hour of request
  • Log all lost sales on stocked items due to stock availability
  • Feedback market information to the Channel Sales Manager daily

Customer / Supplier Engagement

  • Follow best practice in all dealings with customers
  • Demonstrate a positive and professional approach in all customer interactions
  • Harvest and nurture a good and mutually beneficial relationships with customers
  • Have the ability to offer customer alternatives and offer advice around the product set
