Advancing People are looking for a new team member to join their specialist Multilingual division - home based role.
Due to expansion we are looking for a bright and outgoing person to join our established team as a Recruitment Consultant - this is a home based role, with great support from the team and all the tools to be successful in your role.
Advancing People were established back in 2009 with a focus on sourcing the top performing sales and office based staff across the UK. Following the success of the business, the specialist division of Advancing People Multilingual was launched a couple of years later to replicate this success, dealing purely with roles that required an additional language to English.
Our client based is an envious one, dealing with some of the largest PLC's within their sectors, throughout the UK and beyond. Roles can vary up to Director level and our clients really do value what we do.
This hugely varied and important role involves speaking with and sourcing potential candidates for our many clients, whilst creating consultative long term relationships with existing and new clients that have Multilingual recruitment needs.

With our full support, we will provide all the tools for you to utilise and develop your current skills in order to not only search and identify the very best multilingual candidates available but to also create long-lasting and valued client relationships.
You will be using a variety of job boards, Linkedin and Social Media to search for candidates and to create job adverts, whilst keeping an eye out for new business opportunities.
This is a targeted and sales focused role whilst you ensure success for clients and candidates alike, we are very much a company that believes in adding value and delivering a professional and ethic service every time.
What experience do I need?
You will be a true people person, a good egg that is a team player and has the discipline to work from home, under your own steam but will also have a voice to contribute to the team and can ask for help and support when you need it.
You will have some recruitment experience, ideally within a 360 degree process, dealing with clients' and candidates but how much experience you have is not as important as you - positivity, drive and a commitment to delivering the best you can if what we are looking for.

If you are Multilingual that will be a bonus but not essential!
The basic salary available for this Recruitment Consultant role will be £25,000 - £30,000, plus an open-ended bonus scheme and company benefits.
