Job Description

Are you a proven EMEA Marketing Manager with the ability to commute to St Neots, Cambridgeshire 3 days a week, ideally with experience of working in the Life Science sector?

If so, our International Life Science client has the perfect hybrid-working Marketing Manager role for you!

The basic salary is c£60,000 with a benefits package to include: 25 days + bank holidays, Life Assurance 4 x salary, Pension EE 5% ER 4%, Bike to Work Scheme, Annual Flu Jab and free parking on site.

The Role overview:

You will be responsible for the marketing activity across the EMEA region for our client. Focusing on promoting a range of brands within their product portfolio, working 2 days from home and 3 days in the office in St Neots.

More detail:

  • Develop and implement a winning regional marketing plan for the designated region, aligned to regional segment-specific revenue target
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop segment-specific marketing plans and drive on-time execution of campaigns, achieving marketing pipeline goals
  • Develop customer-facing promotional content to drive customer demand
  • Support commercial organisation with customer targeting, support material (e.g., total-cost-of-ownership models, sell sheets, etc.), and guidance on products
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Regional Marketing Manager to enable dealer partners, drive growth and achieve revenue targets
  • Proactively collect market intelligence in designated territory, feeding it back into the organisation to drive better strategic planning and execution
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders
  • Collaborate with marketing external partners to execute campaigns through marketing affiliates
  • Collaborate with the marketing team/s to develop segment specific digital marketing channel strategy to maximise return on marketing spend
  • Lead the execution of regional and brand specific Account Based Marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to accelerate e-commerce revenue, including the Amazon channel

The Person:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Marketing work experience, ideally within Life Sciences / Lab Essentials
  • 3+ years' marketing or product management experience
  • 3+ years' experience supporting and enabling sales teams is a plus
  • Ability to create tactical marketing plans, translate them into impactful campaigns and drive execution
  • Effective campaign execution within the life science arena is essential
  • Sales/marketing degree or life science degree preferred but not required
  • Experience collaborating closely with sales colleagues
  • Strong track record of driving improvement in business performance

You will work as a key member of the marketing team, establishing effective working relationships with various departments including sales, product managers within the different offices.

The Marketing Manager role can at times be pressurised, requiring you to work towards deadlines with high volumes of work.
