Advancing People are working closely with an established business within the property sector who are looking for a proven Lettings Manager for their Bedford office.

This rarely available long-term permanent role will be managing a team of property professionals whilst dealing with a wide range of landlords across the region.

Our client is looking for an ARLA trained or very experienced Lettings Manager that has a real strength for managing and developing a team, whilst having the skills to deal with clients at all levels.

Being a very well established and Independent business, our client is incredibly focussed on service and the amount of time they have been in business is a testament to this. Dealing with the whole process of Lettings you will be based in the office with a varied workload to include leading the team, meeting landlords of all kinds and being responsible for the service delivered and planning realistic growth of the lettings business.

With many different offerings including Surveying, Architects, Land, Commercial and Property sales there are many streams of business to leverage from and to build long term relationships in the role.
