Advancing People have an excellent entry level Sales Administration role. The right candidate will be computer literate and familiar with Word and Excel. You will also have a good telephone manner and have an excellent attitude to learning/work. In return you will be given the opportunity to join a well known organisation.
Key Objectives
- To issue all sales orders correctly and in timely manner to ensure they are credited to LB.
- To ensure all complaints are dealt with and customer satisfaction is top priority.
- To be a team player
Responsibilities
- Taking calls from customers in relation to order queries, billing issues and fault reporting and directing them to the necessary teams
- Issuing Field and Desk orders received within 48 hours of receipt - ensuring that all documentation is attached to Salesforce and Agent Desktop to prevent ODF's
- Send customers recap emails after each order has been placed
- Update Weekly Sales Log with every order
- Raising C4's and Billing IMP's as per company processes
- Update and Maintain IMP Log
- Undertake Mandatory Training as directed by the company to ensure compliance with regulatory, fair trading and competition rules
- To help colleagues when needed, sharing best practice, tips and advice
- To support the business and have a positive outlook on changes that may happen within the business.
- To liaise with internal Teams to resolve customer issues

It is essential for the individual to be able to demonstrate the following:

- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:45-17:15. Office based role.
