Job Description

Advancing People Multilingual - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for an Italian Speaking Customer Support Agent for their client based in Sheffield.

As an Italian Speaking Customer Support Agent it will be your responsibility to assist international customers with requirements or enquiries regarding the company's product range. You will actively contribute to the customer experience, playing a prominent role in the company's sale process.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming, letters and emails from customers and manage these accordingly
  • Deliver a high quality customer service experience
  • Assist with new customer's enquiries, disputes or queries relating to the company product range
  • Processing credits for major customers and dealing with invoice queries
  • Provide technical and administrative support for internal departments when required
  • Complete and provide detailed sales analyst and consumer service reports

Person Specification:

  • Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken
  • Experience in a Customer Service or Sales Administration environment
  • Microsoft AX, or experience with a similar system
  • Strong communication, organisation and problem solving skills
  • Results orientated- a 'go get 'em attitude'

This is a full time Permanent position offering an annual salary of between £22,000 and £25,000 attractive company benefits.
