Job Description

Advancing People Multilingual Recruitment Specialists are currently recruiting for a French Speaking IT Helpdesk specialist to be based in Maidenhead, Berkshire for a market leading, global software company.

This role will support French customers. The successful candidate will assist by answering calls in the queue, documenting cases, handling emails, assisting with defect escalations, and maintaining knowledge base articles.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer product inquiries via telephone, email, or chat sessions.
  • Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters.
  • Troubleshoots problems with software applications and recommends corrective action.
  • Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.

Person Specification:

  • Fluent in French
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL is preferred
  • Great attitude and a passion for helping customers resolve their technical issues
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years' experience supporting users in a technical role, via phone and email.
  • Self-motivated and focused when resolving customer issues
  • Professional, courteous demeanor in all forms of communication

This is a full time Permanent position offering an annual salary of up to £35,000 + attractive company benefits.
