Advancing People are working with an established National client who are looking for an experienced Internal Sales person on a permanent basis, based in their Hemel Hempstead offices.
This rarely available permanent Internal Sales role will offer great variety, managing existing accounts, across the UK in a variety of sectors including NHS, Manufacturing and the Public Sector.
In addition you will be actively involved in mentoring and leading the sales team when needed - a great opportunity to further develop your management skills, with excellent support and on going training.
You will be provided with all the tools and support needed to add value to the existing sales team and to lead and motivate the team, alongside the Sales Manager.
Our client is looking for someone with high energy levels, a proven sales background and experience of managing or leading a team is desirable.
The sales team is well supported with regular and detailed campaigns along with a proven format of how to approach different types of clients, with hands-on support from the Sales Manager.
If you have a proven track record within a sales environment dealing with business to business and/ or business to consumers, are positive, full of energy and have experience of working to targets and KPI's then my client will be keen to meet with you.
The basic salary available will be £24,000 - £27,000 with a generous and open ended bonus scheme, plus company benefits and further training and development in the role.
