Advancing People Multilingual - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a B2B French Speaking Customer Account Manager.
As a French Speaking Account Coordinator / Account Manager it will be your responsibility to work with clients, primarily those based in the French speaking region and covering the German speaking markets, providing excellent customer service
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage existing relationship with clients (dealers)
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with new and existing dealers, including proactively delivering feedback and best practices
- Deliver high quality customer service
- Assist with new customer's enquiries
- Process orders received via the telephone, fax, e-mail or internet
- Be proactive in the area of Customer retention
Person Specification:
- Fluent in French
- Experience managing B2B relationships
- Previously worked as - Account Manager, Client Executive, Customer Service Advisor
- Strong customer focus and professional approach
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good computer skills
- Positive "can do" attitude
This is a full time Permanent position offering an annual Basic salary of £32,000 + £3k bonus + attractive company benefits.
The role offers flexibility to work from home / Remote working. The successful candidate will need to commute to Wyboston 2/3 days a week
