An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a well known blue chip organisation in Bedford
All about the job;
- Contacting existing and potential new customers via the telephone
- Making a high volume of calls to both existing and potential new customers
- Working towards and exceeding your own individual targets
- Informing customers of changes happening within the business
- Priortising your day and working efficiently to get the maximum results
All about you;
- You will need at least 1 years experience within a Business Development, Lead generation, telephone sales or recruitment experience
- You will need a positive and can do attitude
- You will need an excellent telephone manner
- Have the ability to work to targets
- You will need to be motivated to exceed your set targets
- You will be computer literate
* Starting salary of up to £24,000 (Further progression available within 6 months).
* Realistic and achievable on target earnings of between £25,000 to £40,000 per annum, through monthly bonus / commission structure.
* Additional monthly rewards and incentives, including; Holidays, iPads, on target half day early finish Friday's, mobile phones, additional paid holiday, free lunches and more.
* 20 days holiday allowance (Plus bank holidays). Increasing by one day per year of service, up to 25 days per annum. Plus, you also receive your Birthday as an additional day off too!
