Working from home you will also have the ability to visit my clients Bedford office in the future as required - interviews will be held via video calls, with successful candidates being offered and on-boarded remotely ASAP.

As an Administrator you will be working from home assisting the administration of clients' in accordance with the relevant Company and/or Group policies to achieve targets, helping to develop the business and to deliver an excellent and comprehensive service. Full training support will be provided from day one.
Responsibility to develop long term relationships with clients and various internal departments,
responding in a timely fashion as required.
Processing and creation of varied documents to support the business, ensuring up to date records are maintained at all times on the company systems. Interpret instructions and issues arising, and then implement actions according to policies and procedures.
Adhering to compliance with all applicable Group and/or Company policies and procedures, ensuring correct authorisation is obtained and processes followed when required, including regulatory and legal requirements.
Records will need to be accurate and up to date, meeting the Group and/or Company's requirements and standards.
Actively provide relevant management information to senior management and to manage assigned projects, responding as required to urgent issues.
Keep informed of all legal and regulatory developments relevant to the department, sharing information that could be beneficial to the Company.
Attention to detail with ability to process information accurately is key, a team player with high levels of time management skills.
Willingness and appetite to further develop and to undertake training.
A level Grade A-C (or equivalent).
Progression towards gaining professional qualifications is desired, but not essential.
The salary available alongside a proven induction and long term training and support is £18,000 - £19,000 Basic, working Monday - Friday office hours, with 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays and benefits package.
