Advancing People are working closely with an International charity who are looking for a confident and personable Administrator, based in Bedford.
More than the standard administration role, you will often be the first port of call for residents and visitors, providing a warm and genuine welcome to all!
Supporting the overall team you will have excellent administration skills, with a track record of demonstrating excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Answering calls, message taking, providing general administrative support to the team and dealing with and questions from clients and visitors. You will be a key part of the team, dealing with all levels of colleagues and clients alike - a hugely varied and rewarding role where you can really make a difference.
There is also responsibility outside of administration to maintain company policies and processes which includes Health & Safety, overseeing the safety and security for clients and processing residents payments for services as needed.

Salary is up to £18,250 plus company benefits, working Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
