Job Description

  • This role will report into the Service Manager. Responsible for supporting the sales funcition including order management as well as sales-related support.
  • Manage customer quotations
  • Liaise closely with internal staff to ensure service meets customer expectations
  • Process all electroic invoices
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post
  • Process all orders
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the service team
  • Diary planning
  • Customer queries
  • Filing
  • Scanning

You will ideally have a good working knowlege of SAP and will be confident using MS Office and Outlook. You will need excellent communications skills, accuracy and a high attention to detail, be able to work in a team and have good organisational skill.
