Advancing People are working exclusively with an established construction company based just outside of Bedford, who are looking for a committed administrator, with experience of using Sage Line 50, to join their friendly and experienced team.
This is a permanent role working Monday - Friday full time BUT the client will also consider a candidate working part time 4-5 days per week 10am - 3pm, with some flexibility around start and end times.
Being a hands-on administration role first and foremost, you will be mainly processing invoices, printing, filing and performing general administrative duties, with the role evolving into dealing with more accounts based work - experience of having used Sage Line 50 is hugely beneficial.
My client is a in a unique position to provide excellent support and training for candidates with a relevant platform of administration and some accounts experience.
Working within a smaller team you will need to be resilient, able to work under pressure and with common sense. A positive and nurturing work environment awaits you, while you will be working in a modern newly refurbished office with onsite parking - you will need to have your own vehicle to be considered for this role due to the location.
Any exposure to working within the construction industry or an aligned industry will be highly beneficial.
A full time salary of £23,000 - £25,000 is available and my client is keen to interview suitable candidates ASAP.
