Are you a proven Account Manager or EA that would like to deal with some of the biggest brands and household names out there? Then this could be the perfect hybrid-working Account Manager role for you!

We are working closely with a leading specialist consultancy that delivers leadership training, coaching and business transformation to companies such as Astra Zeneca, EDF Energy, Coca-Cola Warburtons and Diageo.

This role will be partly working from home and in our clients lovely offices in Bath 1-2 days per week, our client will also consider someone relocating within 6 months of starting the role, initially working from home anywhere in England.

Our client is offering a basic salary of up to £40,000, working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with genuine flexibility to start/ finish earlier or later, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays AND up to 2 weeks shut down at Christmas! The role also qualifies for a quarterly company bonus after 6 months, that can equate to up to 20% of your basic salary. There is also a well-being allowance of £500 if you fancy joining a gym, if not, then this allowance can be used for anything that will help your well-being!

The role:

Varied, plate spinning and fast moving, you will be supporting two high level business consultants, managing their complex diaries which consist of delivering training, presentations and ever-changing priorities and plans.

You will also be dealing with C suite level clients at some of the biggest companies around, dealing with best laid plans that can change and always putting the client first.

Managing concurrent projects this role will need a flexible approach with strong diary management and an ability to think outside the box!

Arranging and following up sales/demo meeting for the consultants you will have experience of working closely with and supporting a sales process.

As well as managing complex diaries you will be coordinating and organising multiple workshops and training all over the world, these are mainly virtual but will become more and more face to face.

This role is the real "engine room" of the company who have grown by 40% in 2020 and they offer a truly unique approach to what they do and are a highly regarded specialist within their marketplace.

The person:

Previous experience of diary management is essential, you could come from an EA or Account Management background or ideally a combination of the two! With an outgoing personality you will be confident to work independently whilst remaining close to your consultants.

Highly organised, with a natural flair for being one step ahead you will preferably have a big company background or have dealt with big companies in your current and/ or previous roles.

You will need to demonstrate a track record of dealing with complexity, with experience of dealing with demanding clients and supporting a sales process, all with a smile on your face!
