Are you fluent in both Spanish and Italian? Are you looking for the opportunity to work within a large multinational company based in Watford?

Advancing People Multilingual are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative with fluency in Spanish and Italian to be responsible for managing the order entry to cash process and delivering outstanding customer service to a range of commercial key accounts.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large organisation with lots of scope for progression for a motivated and driven individual.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders from order entry to billing.
  • Respond effectively to queries relating to customer orders and deliveries.
  • Manage deliveries in line with customer expectations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and invoice queries.
  • Raise credits and adjustments on customer accounts.
  • Ensure relevant information relating to customer orders and deliveries is communicated in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that customer account records are kept up to date.

Person Specification:

The successful candidate will have fluency in BOTH Spanish AND Italian alongside excellent interpersonal skills and experience within a customer service or office environment would be preferable. A strong and confident telephone manner is also essential.

Benefits:

In return our client is offering a salary of between £22,500 and £24,000 (dependent on experience), 25 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays, Pension and Life Assurance.
