Job Description

Advancing People Multilingual Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a Solution Sales Specialist to be based in London for a worldwide, market leading Technology Company.

This is a great opportunity to join a global industry leader to secure new sales at existing accounts by selling new products across a solution set that the customer does not currently purchase throughout France, which will continue the company's history of success.

As a Solution Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for actively collaborating with Account Managers and Service teams to identify cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts.

This role would suit someone ambitious, driven, and with an abundance of energy. This is a target driven environment with strong focus on executing and managing the sales cycle to cross-sell products into existing accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify potential needs of existing accounts, suggesting additional best-fit solutions
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date expert understanding of assigned solutions and relevant competitor solutions
  • Identify and present a clear value proposition for accounts to purchase additional solutions
  • Research and actively identify emerging trends that influence your proposition
  • Establish reputation with account buyers as a trusted advisor with industry and solution knowledge
  • Proactively manage pipeline; input, monitor and update opportunities in a timely fashion
  • Achieve assigned bookings quota.

Person Specification:

  • Fluent in Business French and English
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales role selling product specific solutions
  • Required experience in managing account relationships, identifying additional sales opportunities and closing deals
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills
  • Superior relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience delivering compelling presentations to large audiences
  • Willingness to travel to Paris every 2-3 months.

Benefits:

In return our client is offering up to £50,000 basic with a very achievable OTE of circa £90,000.
