Advancing People are working closely with a leading International company based in Bedford for a proven Service & Support Coordinator.
This rarely available role is working within a highly thought of company that values their employees and have a great track record of developing and keeping their staff. This permanent role will offer great variety and support dealing with clients over the phone delivering excellent customer service, problem solving and providing solutions regarding their products.
You will be schedluing and managing diaries for engineers to attend call outs for faulty products, dealing directly with the client and engineers you will be spinning lots of plates so experience of scheduling and planning diaries is essential. You will be given training to help diagnose issues with any products and will be help my client to adhere to SLA's set up with clients.
Any experience of working for companies that have a technical product or service will be beneficial but not essential as full ongoing training is provided for the right person.
To be considered for this role you will have a proven track record within business to business customer service, being confident and personable with a real can-do attitude!
Basic salary up to £20,000 depending on experience, plus Bonus, pension, life & health cover coupled with a genuine long term career opportunity.
