Job Description

Advancing People Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a leading global company with their UK head office based in Bedford. They are looking for a Service Admin Co-Ordinator to join their team.

Key responsibilities

  • Support with in and out bound support centre calls
  • Assist with initial logging of customer calls
  • Assist technical support centre staff, setting and measuring KPI's
  • Ability to write clear and concise reports on adhoc and regular basis
  • Provide service delivery report for both customers and suppliers

The successful candidate will be ideally educated to degree level and will have previous experience of working within the service sector.

Candidate Requirements:

- Strong telephone based customer service experience, with strong communication skills

-Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel in particular)
- Ability to pick up technical knowledge (
- Good problem solving/solution orientated skills/aptitude
- Confident/assertive/personable
- Can-do attitude.

This is a full time permanent position offering salary to £25,000 per annum + Christmas Bonus (equivalent to 2 weeks salary) + 25 days per annum holiday (exclusive of bank holidays) + Pension (6% Employer Contribution/3% Employee Contribution) + Life Assurance + Private Health Cover )
