Advancing People Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a leading global company with their UK head office based in Bedford. They are looking for a Service Admin Co-Ordinator to join their team.
- Support with in and out bound support centre calls
- Assist with initial logging of customer calls
- Assist technical support centre staff, setting and measuring KPI's
- Ability to write clear and concise reports on adhoc and regular basis
- Provide service delivery report for both customers and suppliers
The successful candidate will be ideally educated to degree level and will have previous experience of working within the service sector.
- Strong telephone based customer service experience, with strong communication skills
-Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel in particular)
- Ability to pick up technical knowledge (
- Good problem solving/solution orientated skills/aptitude
- Can-do attitude.
This is a full time permanent position offering salary to £25,000 per annum + Christmas Bonus (equivalent to 2 weeks salary) + 25 days per annum holiday (exclusive of bank holidays) + Pension (6% Employer Contribution/3% Employee Contribution) + Life Assurance + Private Health Cover )
