Advancing People are recruiting for a Returns Administrator for a leading company based in Bedford. The successful candidate will be working within their fast-paced sales office dealing with customers throughout the UK.
What does the role involve?
- Implementing the companies return policies
- Receiving phone calls & processing returns
- Following up all paperwork and maintaining a high level of customer service
- Responding to emails
- Marinating high levels of customer service
So what are they looking for?
- Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but not necessary.
- Good administration skills
- Well organised & able to multi task
- Good attention to detail
- Great telephone manner
- Computer literate in Microsoft packages
- Enthusiastic team player
In return our client is offering a salary between £16,000- £18,000 per annum. This position is a full time permanent position, working hours 8am- 5pm Monday to Friday with an hours lunch. They also offer a generous holiday entitlement of 25 Days plus Bank Holidays.
