Job Description

Advancing People are recruiting for a Returns Administrator for a leading company based in Bedford. The successful candidate will be working within their fast-paced sales office dealing with customers throughout the UK.

What does the role involve?

  • Implementing the companies return policies
  • Receiving phone calls & processing returns
  • Following up all paperwork and maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Responding to emails
  • Marinating high levels of customer service

So what are they looking for?

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but not necessary.
  • Good administration skills
  • Well organised & able to multi task
  • Good attention to detail
  • Great telephone manner
  • Computer literate in Microsoft packages
  • Enthusiastic team player

In return our client is offering a salary between £16,000- £18,000 per annum. This position is a full time permanent position, working hours 8am- 5pm Monday to Friday with an hours lunch. They also offer a generous holiday entitlement of 25 Days plus Bank Holidays.
