Advancing People are recruiting for a Japanese Speaking Commercial Assistant. This unique position will be offered on an initial contract basis with a view to being extended or potentially being made permanent.
The Commercial Assistant will play a key role within the business. The role will act as a bridge between Senior Management here in the UK and Japan, communicating information from their HR, Finance and Operation teams.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Fluent in English and Japanese.
- A pro-active, "can do" attitude.
- Excellent organisational, administrative and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written forms to staff at all levels of the company and external organisations, maintaining confidentiality of information.
- Detail orientated
- Persuasive and effective communicator
- Able to work on own initiative and be pro-active.
This role is offered on a part-time (2/3 days per week) and on an initial contract with our client.
They are offering a salary to £30,000 (pro rata) along with excellent employee benefits.
