Advancing People - Recruitment Specialists are working with an established client based in Bedford. Due to their continued growth they are looking for additional Internal Sales Executives to join their vibrant, high performing sales team.
The role involves selling to the B2B market over the telephone, using a smart selling approach. This role is working within a highly competitive market, however they are one of the leading supplier's within their sector.
- Achieve planned sales objectives by pro-actively selling via outbound telephone calls
- Making outbound calls per day to new and existing customer
- sUpdating records on their internal sales system
- Compiling weekly sales report
- Meeting and exceeding KPI's
Experience & Skills
- Proven proactive sales experience
- Be able to demonstrate experience of working to and exceeding business targets
- Inbound/Outbound calling experience
- Energetic and driven with excellent communication skills including active listening skills and the ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive.
In return they are offering a basic salary to £21,000 plus an uncapped commission structure. Their top performers are earning in excess of £38,000 per annum.
Working office hours Monday - Friday with 20 days holidays plus Bank Holidays.
