Advancing People Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing business based in St. Neots.
They are looking an Internal Sales support professional to join their established team. Our client provides a wide range of products to a large client base throughout the UK. This is a key role within the company, you will be the initial point of contact to their customers, so a positive and professional manner is essential.
- Processing of customer orders onto their SAP system
- Dealing with orders via over the telephone and email
- Following up quotations when required
- Ensure that all customer queries are resolved as quickly as possible
- Liaison with external sales team regarding customer accounts
- Assisting with pro-actively generating new business customer orders from existing customer base
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven internal sales/customer service experience
- Confident telephone manner
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Flexibility and positive attitude
- Good IT Skills - Word & Excel. SAP was be advantageous but not essential
In return they are offering a salary of £25,000 per annum. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.
