Advancing People are recruiting exclusively for a leading property company based in Bedford who are looking for an Internal Salesperson to join their established and dynamic team.
This is a very customer focused role with a real pro-active approach in order to generate new sales opportunities, whilst building long term relationships. You will be providing guidance and assisting a varied client base throughout the sales process, updating all parties of progress and changes as required.
Being a varied role, you will be out and about meeting clients at properties, as well as being office based and well supported by the team.
Utilising software and online information you will research potential new clients in the Bedford area in order to contact these clients over the phone or via email, whilst keeping in contact with a live database of clients either selling or wanting to buy property through my client.
You will have a good attention to detail, being IT literate, adding accurate information to the CRM system. In person, you will be confident, positive and willing to put in the hard work for the excellent rewards and opportunities available.
You may already work within the property sector or could be looking for a long term opportunity within a varied sales position.
My client is keen to consider candidates from a variety of backgrounds including sales, retail or customer service.

The salary available for this genuine long term opportunity is up to £18,000 Basic Plus a realistic OTE of £27,000-£30,000, use of a company vehicle and other benefits.
This role will involve working Monday - Friday and every other Saturday on a rota basis - a valid driving licence will be essential for this role.
