Job Description

Advancing People are recruiting for a ever expanding company based on the outskirts of St. Neots. Our client has been established for over 20 years ago and are a wide format print service provider specialising in larger projects.

They are recruiting for an Internal Account Manager to work within their team. This is a fast paced environment and will involve managing and developing relationship with their clients over the telephone.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage all aspects of a customer relationship to retain and develop their business.
* Deal with any print / customer issues and ensure issues are rectified and charged appropriately.
* Process all customer orders efficiently and accurately on their order processing system.
* Deal with new customers enquiries.

REQUIREMENTS
Essential
* Strong understanding of what makes good customer service.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Enjoy working in a team, building strong relationships within the business.
* A confident and personable nature.

In return our client is offering a salary to £25,000 Dependent on experience. Located in rural location it is essential that you have your own reliable transport.
