Advancing People - Recruitment Specialists are recruiting on behalf of a subsidiarity to one of the UK's leading PLC's to work within their offices based in Bedford.
They are looking for an Internal Account Manager it join their pro-active internal team. The successful candidate will be managing key relationships with merchants supporting a team of 6 Regional Account Managers.
This rarely available position is due to promotion of the current employee, so development prospects for the right candidate are excellent.
- Achieve planned sales objectives by pro-actively selling via outbound telephone calls
- Promotion of offers while working on monthly campaigns
- Updating records on their internal sales system
- Compiling weekly sales report
- Meeting and exceeding KPI's
Experience & Skills
- Proven proactive sales experience
- Be able to demonstrate experience of working to and exceeding business targets
- Inbound/Outbound calling experience
- Energetic and driven with excellent communication skills including active listening skills and the ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive.
In return they are offering a basic salary of £21,000 plus a monthly bonus of £250.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm. The company offers an excellent benefits package.
