Advancing People - Recruitment Specialists are working with one if the UK's best known suppliers within their sector. Due to their continued growth, they are looking a driven, motivated Graduate's to join their vibrant, high performing sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate who is looking to develop a career in sales - one not to be missed!

The role of the Graduate Internal Sales Executive is to sell to the B2B market over the telephone, to existing and potential clients using a smart selling approach.

Main Responsibilities

  • Achieve planned sales objectives by pro-actively selling via outbound telephone calls
  • Making outbound calls per day to new and existing customers
  • Updating records on their internal sales system
  • Compiling weekly sales report
  • Meeting and exceeding KPI's

Experience & Skills

  • Recent Graduate - highly motivated with a real desire to develop a career in sales
  • Must be energetic and driven with excellent communication skills including active listening skills and the ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive.

In return they are offering a basic salary from £18,000 to £20,000 plus an uncapped commission structure, on target earnings are in the region of £30,000. Their top performers are earning in excess of £45,000 per annum.

Working office hours Monday - Friday with 20 days holidays plus Bank Holidays.
