Advancing People - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a Export Customer Service Executive for a prestigious household name based in Southwark.
Our client is major brand within the housewares industry. They've experienced rapid growth over the last 5 years and that growth continues.
Overall responsibility for the management and coordination of export operations
Manage the movement of orders out of the warehouses in accordance with policy and procedure
Ensure that the export process is undertaken in line with agreed timescales
Identify order / shipping problems, reacting quickly and logically whilst communicating with key parties
Providing excellent customer service support in a busy and demanding department
Manage and request the necessary documentation for exporting incl. B/Ls or telex, C/O, EUR1
Ensure all orders for that month are shipped and invoiced on time
- Excellent attention to detail required
- Export Customer Service knowledge IS ESSENTIAL!!
- Understanding of air and sea freight shipments
- Strong planning & organisation skills
- Ability to deal with pressure
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple shipments leaving from multiple warehouses at one time
- Good communication skills required to liaise with worldwide customers
This is a full time Permanent position offering an annual salary of £25,000, plus 10% bonus + attractive company benefits.
