Advancing People are now recruiting for a Desk Based Account Manager for their client based in Kempston, Bedfordshire.
As a Desk Based Account Manager it will be your responsibility to maximise revenue for the business and yourself by achieving monthly lead referral targets.
- Proactively contacting the existing contact base and selling the entire product range
- Developing customer contact strategies and building strong customer relationships
- Responding to internal leads, inbound customer enquiries and proposing solutions to meet the customer needs
- Creating leads for field agents
- Cnstructively working as part of one sales teams, sharing ideas, knowledge and resources
- Managing customer expectation in term's of the company's offerings and capability
- Keeping informed of all changes/developments to the product and services portfolio
- Experience of showing empathy/interest in a customer's business
- Ability to develop effective customer solutions using a broad product portfolio
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong customer focus and professional approach
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good computer skills
- Positive "can do" attitude
This is a full time Permanent position offering an annual basic salary of up to £20,000 + generous commission scheme and company benefits.
