Advancing People are now recruiting for a Desk Based Account Manager for their client based in Bedford.
As a Desk Based Account Manager it will be your responsibility to maximise revenue for the business and yourself by achieving monthly lead referral targets.
Proactively contacting the existing contact base and selling the entire product range
Developing customer contact strategies and building strong customer relationships
Responding to internal leads, inbound customer enquiries and proposing solutions to meet the customer needs
Creating leads for field agents
Constructively working as part of one sales teams, sharing ideas, knowledge and resources
Managing customer expectation in term's of the company's offerings and capability
Keeping informed of all changes/developments to the product and services portfolio
Experience of showing empathy/interest in a customer's business
Ability to develop effective customer solutions using a broad product portfolio
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Strong customer focus and professional approach
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Good computer skills
Positive "can do" attitude
This is a full time Permanent position offering an annual basic salary of up to £20,000 + generous commission scheme and company benefits.
