Job Description

Advancing People - Recruitment Specialists are working with an established and successful company based in Manchester. Due to their continued growth they are looking for experienced Customer Service executives to join their team

Customer service is everything and my client is proud to stand out from the crowd providing a service second to none for their clients. To support their continued growth they are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic people to join their existing teams. You'll be responsible for preparing quotations, dealing with customer enquiries, processing orders, negotiating with suppliers and supporting Account Managers.

Skills and Abilities

    • At least 18 month's previous customer service experience, preferably gained in a fast paced environment.
    • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) with the ability to build rapport and communicate at all levels.
    • To be a real team player, with personality, empathy and the drive to succeed, with exceptional organisational skills and excellent attention to detail is crucial for this role.
    • You will be determined to go the extra mile to achieve results.
    • Both commercial and sales awareness are key to being successful in this role.
    • You will be computer literate with good keyboard skills

In return our client is offering a salary between £18,000 - £19,500 DOE + excellent benefits. Hours of work will be Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm and Friday 9am - 4.15pm
