Advancing People Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a Customer Account Coordinator to be based in Bedford for a multinational imaging business based in Bedford.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large organisation with lots of scope for progression for a motivated and driven individual. The primary function of this role is to provide effective first line support to well-known retailers of photography products and ensure that their queries are resolved to a high level of satisfaction.
- Deal with all customer enquiries and queries in an accurately and timely manner.
- Escalate any problems/issues to senior members of staff.
- Accurately process received sales orders, claims and queries.
- Take responsibility for providing updates and information to customers.
- Ensure all customer information is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with creating and producing daily/weekly reports.
- Provide support and liaise with; account managers, sales executives, logistics, credit control and customer contacts.
- Complete project work as and when required under the direction of Senior/Customer Service Manager.
- Assist with the launch of B2B website (administration duties).
The successful candidate will have strong telephone based customer service experience, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will also have the ability to build strong working relationships with both customers and colleagues. An interest in photography would be an advantage as there is a wide photographic product range to become knowledgeable about although full and comprehensive training will be provided. Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential.
In return our client is offering a salary of £18,500 (plus annual Christmas bonus), 25 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays, Private Medical Cover, Pension and Life Assurance.
