Advancing People - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a Consumer Care Agent for their prestigious client based in Southwark.
Our client is major brand within the housewares industry. They've experienced rapid growth over the last 5 years and expect that growth to continue!
Role and Responsibilities
- Handling all customer enquiries, queries and complaints while maximising customer satisfaction
- Contribute to CRM and customer engagement strategy
- Work with line manager in effectively communicating consumer product challenges and feedback
- Manage customer communication through different channels (Voice, Email, Chat, Social)
- Various admin tasks as required by the business
- Ensure the internal KPIs for customer satisfaction and response time is met
- Excellent spoken and written English - Essential
- Methodical working and good time management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Professional & confident phone manner and excellent problem solving ability
- Able to effectively multi-task and handle multiple channels
- Ability to understand and work towards team and individual KPIs
- Go the extra mile to engage and please their customers
This is a full time Permanent position offering an annual salary of £23,000 plus a bonus in the region of £2,000 per annum + attractive company benefits.
