Job Description

Advancing People - Recruitment Specialists are working with an established client and due to their continued growth they are recruiting for a Compliance Administrator to join their existing team in their Bedford Office.

This is an exciting position for a bright and enthusiastic person seeking a career which can start immediately.

As compliance administrator you will be required to deliver effective on-boarding of clients, insurers and other parties. You may be required to work with colleagues who are based in other global locations. The right candidate will ensure that responsibilities are completed in accordance with the relevant Company and/or Group policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with the internal teams
  • Respond to the teams' requirements as appropriate
  • Behave with all clients (both internal and external) fairly and ethically
  • Develop strong relationships with markets
  • Administration
  • Assist in the creation of comprehensive client and other types of documents
  • Processing of slips and quotes
  • Technical duties (including data entry, credit control, chasing subjectivities)
  • Ensure up to date records are maintained at all times on the Company systems for the teams
  • Interpret instructions and issues arising, and then implement actions according to policies and procedures

Knowledge and Experience Required

  • Data Entry
  • An ability to work to deadlines and to support other members of their team to achieve common goals
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Computer literate, ideally with working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to produce accurate work under pressure
