Advancing People are pleased to be working with our client who is a leading provider of cabling solutions into the telecom and security sector. They are looking for a full time Business Administrator to join their team.
The role itself will involve:-
- Customer enquiries via telephone or email
- Raising invoices and processing orders
- Secretarial/ PA duties
- Managing Purchase and Sales Ledger
- Uploading sales figures onto sales spreadsheets
- Updating the CRM database
Key skills we are looking for in a candidate are
- Good organisation skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise their workload
- Brilliant teamwork ethic
Experience in a similar role would be preferable.
Your reward - salary of between £20,000.00 to £25,000.00 dependant on experience
Monday to Friday 8.30 till 5pm
