This hands-on management role will involve leading from the front, supporting, managing and motivating a large team of people throughout the organisation.
With experience of dealing with recruiting new employees, employment contracts, rotas, appraisals and excellent time management you must have the ability to hit the ground running.

This role will be paying a basic salary of £23,000 -£25,000 which a varied shift pattern that includes working 48 hours per week including evenings and weekends.
