Advancing People are working closely with a well respected National Charity who are looking for a proven administrator to work part of an experienced team on a part time basis - Monday to Friday working 30 hours per week.
This rarely available part time administration role will involve being the first point of call within one of their Bedford locations, answering calls, dealing with messages and enquiries, no day will be the same. There will be plenty of front facing alongside the need for strong administration skills every step of the way.
You will need to demonstrate a proven background of administration and customer service experience in your roles to date.
This varied role will also include maintaining health & safety records and adhering to procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment is offered at all times. Working as part of an experienced team you will manage new client referrals, communicating updates to colleagues and assisting where needed to support these clients.
Honesty and integrity is key as well and an empathetic approach, with responsibility for petty cash, taking payments, managing stock levels and providing administrative support across the team.

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm (some flexibility if needed for school hours).
Salary £14,000 - £14,500 Basic plus generous holidays and company benefits.
