Advancing People - Recruitment Specialists are working with an established and successful multi sited client and due to their continued growth they are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their existing team in their Bedford Office.
Our client is looking for an Accounts Assistant with previous experience to work within a fast paced finance department. This is an office based role, dealing with a variety of duties within the department.
Process incoming cheques
Raise outgoing payments and obtaining authorisation
Bank and system reconciliations
Taking credit card payments and posting receipts
Maintain company bank accounts
Process electronic payments
- Filing and Scanning as required
Knowledge and Experience Required
This is a permanent full time position offering a salary of between £17,000 and £20,000 depending on experience plus excellent company benefits such as Contributory pension scheme, Private Health Insurance and support while undertaking relevant professional qualifications.
